ALIGN WITH GOD’S WILL

As the new year approaches, it’s common to set goals and aspirations, taking time to reflect on the past year. This practice can help us identify and address any shortcomings that prevented us from achieving our objectives. This introspection is valuable in all aspects of our lives.
However, as believers, we must remember that our lives are not our own; we have entrusted them to our Savior, who is the Lord of our lives. Jesus is both our Savior and Master, and it is His will we should seek, regardless of whether it is convenient for us.
We should evaluate the goals we have set and consider if they align with God’s will. It is essential to always seek His guidance. The time is short, and we must partner with God to fulfill His purposes on Earth Let us partner with God to bring the will of God to bear on earth. It is what we do with God that brings profits to the kingdom.
Remember, we are God’s creation, as stated in Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.” He works within us to will and to act according to His good pleasure.
It’s important to note that just because something is easy does not necessarily mean it is God’s will. We must be willing to embrace His will, whether it seems easy or challenging. Jesus Christ serves as our perfect example; He prayed to have the cup removed from Him but ultimately submitted to God’s will. As recorded in Matthew 26:39, He prayed, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.”
Align your goals with God’s plan and your life will bring abundant fruitfulness.
