• The Jesus Bible Club (JBC) is a dynamic youth mentoring program designed to inspire and empower young people to grow in their faith and become leaders in their communities. It is organized by Only Jesus Evangelical Team (OJET) Inc., a registered Canadian charity since 2022, with the aim of advancing the Christian faith and spreading God’s word worldwide through innovative mentoring programs like JBC.

    JBC is a unique program that provides young people with a supportive and positive environment where they can learn about the teachings of Jesus and the Bible. The program focuses on building strong relationships between mentors and mentees, encouraging positive values and behaviors, and providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

    The JBC program consists of biweekly meetings where young people can participate in Bible study, prayer, and group discussions. The program also includes community service projects, which help develop the skills and character of its participants, thereby positively impacting our world.

    OJET is committed to making a positive difference in the world, and JBC is one of the many ways that it works towards this mission.     To disciple young people through shared knowledge of God’s word and mentor them through learning from the scripture such that they can apply such knowledge in their daily living.

    The JBC activities in Clearwater will be led by Dr. Stephen Ayosanmi, a medical doctor with a strong reputation as a Christian filled with the spirit of God. He values integrity and upholds his Christian faith without mixing it with his profession. Stephen became a born-again Christian in December 1993 and was mentored through the Youth for Christ Bible study platform to become a vibrant Christian. He became a mission evangelist in 2002 preaching God’s word across villages and cities. He pioneered the Only Jesus Evangelical Team Worldwide as a global vision for spreading God’s word throughout the world in 2004. He remained committed to the work of ministry and was ordained as a pastor in 2009 in his local church. Stephen is happily married and has four God-fearing children. As someone who has benefited from youth discipleship, he is passionate about mentoring young people and helping them grow in the knowledge of God. He believes that God has brought him to Clearwater to invest in the lives of young people through the Jesus Bible Club.

    JBC (Jesus Bible Club) will hold meetings twice a month on fortnight Tuesday, at the public library in Clearwater. The frequency of meetings may be modified with time.

     

    During each meeting, members will pray together, watch a Bible teaching, and engage in interactive discussions on the lessons learned from the teaching. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers. Additionally, there will be games and fellowship time.

     

    JBC members will be equipped to positively impact their community, and there will be a specific time set aside for members to give back to the community by helping people and promoting peace and unity. All activities will be guided by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

    The Jesus Bible Club, also known as the JBC, is a community dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for young adolescents between the ages of 10 to 18. Our primary objective is to help our members grow physically, mentally and spiritually, by imparting the teachings of God and His word.

     

    We are confident that the JBC is an excellent opportunity for young adolescents to grow in faith, form strong connections and develop a sense of community. We extend an invitation to anyone who is interested in joining us, and we assure you that our commitment to our members’ well-being is unwavering.

     

    Membership in the JBC is entirely optional and open to anyone who wishes to participate. However, we require that each member completes the membership form and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the group. By joining the JBC, our members gain access to a safe and nurturing environment, where they can develop their values and grow in faith.

     

    We welcome you to join us and experience the benefits of being a part of the JBC. We are confident that our community will help you grow both personally and spiritually, and we look forward to welcoming you with open arms.

    The membership of JBC is free of charge and there will be no requirement for any member or their parents to make any payments or donations. There are no financial obligations placed on the members. All activities carried out by the members shall be voluntary, as we trust that they will be led by the Holy Spirit.

    Joining JBC comes with a multitude of benefits. As per our anchor scripture, Psalms 119:9, young individuals can lead a prosperous life by allowing God’s word to thrive in their hearts. Our ultimate objective is to empower our members to become exemplary citizens of society and be filled with the spirit of God.

    Membership in JBC is similar to membership in any religious gathering. JBC is non-denominational, which means there is no specific church doctrine to follow. The only doctrine that is followed is from the Bible. Once you become a member, you will be free from the bondage of sin, and this freedom will make you different from those who continue to sin. You will become a godly individual. You may need to commit some time to your membership by attending meetings as scheduled.

    This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the participant ("Participant") and their legal guardian ("Parent/Guardian") and Only Jesus Evangelical Team Inc. ("Organization"), a registered charity organization in Canada, regarding participation in the Jesus Bible Club ("Club").

    1. Participation

    1.1 The Participant acknowledges their desire to participate in the activities and programs offered by the Club.

    1.2 The Participant agrees to abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Club's organizers and leaders.

    1.3 The Participant understands that participation in the Club may involve physical activities, events, and discussions related to the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Bible.

    1.4 The Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards fellow participants, Club leaders, and any guests or visitors.

    2. Parental/Guardian Consent

    2.1 The Parent or guardian acknowledges that they have legal authority over the Participant and hereby consents to their participation in the Club.

    2.2 The Parent/Guardian agrees to ensure the Participant's punctuality and attendance at Club meetings, events, and activities unless circumstances prevent their participation.

    2.3 The Parent/Guardian understands that the Club may involve discussions and teachings about religious beliefs and principles associated with Christianity, specifically focused on the teachings of Jesus Christ as depicted in the Bible.

    2.4 The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the Organization and its representatives may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings during Club activities for promotional and documentation purposes and hereby consents to use such media featuring the Participant.

    3. Liability and Release

    3.1 The Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge and understand that participation in the Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or exposure to differing religious beliefs.

    3.2 The Participant and Parent/Guardian hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, officers, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Club, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    4. Emergency Medical Treatment

    4.1 In the event of a medical emergency or injury occurring during Club activities, the Parent/Guardian authorizes the Organization and its representatives to seek and consent to necessary medical treatment for the Participant.

    5. Governing Law

    5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

    6. Acknowledgement

    6.1 The Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

    6.2 The Participant and Parent/Guardian agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Participant's participation in the Club and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
