Do not let your heart be troubled. Believe in God, and also believe in me, as stated in John 14:1.

At a point in the earthly ministry of our Lord Jesus, he observed how worried and anxious his disciples were because he told them he would be returning to God in heaven. They knew they would miss the great provider and the hope of the hopeless. Then, they were worried and perplexed. Jesus told them not to be troubled. He assured them of his presence with them forever.

There are many challenges in our world today. Many people suffer from depression, broken hearts, sorrow, and even suicidal thoughts. Yet, Jesus remains the answer to all problems and challenges. He is the only one who can truly restore joy and remove all our worries. He is the one who would never fail, no matter what the circumstances. You don’t have to be worried, depressed, or brokenhearted anymore because He has come to put an end to all your problems.

What is that thing that is making you to be brokenhearted? Is it sickness? Are you seeking admission? or trusting God for academic breakthrough? Are you trusting God for a life partner? Are you tired of often visits to the hospital simply because of the fruit of the womb? Maybe you are trusting God for divine help?. Probably you are overwhelmed with other issues of life not mentioned, Jesus is saying to you today: “Let not your heart be troubled…”.

He want you to believe in God and also believe in Him. It is only through Him that you can be free from all these challenges of life, and you can only have dominion over issues of life through Him.

He said in Matthew 11:28-29:“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and lean on me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls”.

Through Him you will find rest to your soul only if you can come to Jesus now and accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour; He will accept you and save you as He saved the adulterous woman in the Bible. He is ever ready to deliver you from all troubles of life, give rest to your soul, and to have the rest abundantly.

Hear what He is saying to you in John 10: 10b:“I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly”.

When you accept Jesus Christ today, an end has come to all your troubles: even if trouble arises again, His peace will be with you to help you overcome. John 14.27 says “Peace I leave with you. my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”. Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart now, He wants to come and dine with you (Rev 3:20). It is only through Him that you have access to peace of mind and dominion. And always cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you.
