Whenever we think about God\’s treasures, wealth, or His glory, the first thing that comes to mind is Heaven. While it is true that Heaven is beautiful, and its splendour is beyond what words can describe, we must look at the reality of an earthly experience of this splendour. The Bible teaches about how God is so rich in mercy and grace.
Ephesians 2:4 \”But God, BEING RICH IN MERCY, because of His great love with which He loved us,\”
Ephesians 2:7 \”so that in the ages to come He might show the SURPASSING RICHES OF HIS GRACE IN KINDNESS toward us in Christ Jesus.\”
James 1:17 \”Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.\”
There is no doubt that his wealth, riches and glory cannot be quantified. God, in His infinite wisdom, has deposited his riches in Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:7, Phillipians 4:19, and more)
Colossians 2:3 …\” in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.\”
Here comes the good news……..
According to God\’s divine plan, anyone who accepts Jesus\’ sacrifice and believes in his name automatically becomes joint-heirs with him. This invariably means that all that Jesus had is also ours. We have the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead in us. We have His nature in us. We have his glory in us. We have his power resident in us. All of this was made possible by the spirit of adoption.
If you have Jesus, you have ALL that he has..!!
Ephesians 1:18 \”I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened so that you will know what the hope of His calling is, what are THE RICHES OF THE GLORY OF HIS INHERITANCE IN THE SAINTS,\”
Philemon 1:6 \”That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.\”
The scripture above, among many others, confirmed that the Riches and Treasures of God are in the saints. Oh, what a privilege to be God\’s treasure house….!!!
So, I ask again, where is God\’s Treasure-house?
It is in you (if you have him as your Lord)
By faith, start declaring the riches of God in you and you are guaranteed victory in every area of your life.
